As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the on-site execution of complex data center projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality. You will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety protocols while driving construction progress.

Description

• Oversee all field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Lead site logistics, manpower planning, and subcontractor coordination.
• Implement the Client's innovative safety and Plan + Control methodologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing large-scale commercial or data center projects.
• Background in general contracting
• Experience managing $250M+ projects with complex MEP systems.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach.
• A driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for quality and safety.
