- Lead manufacturing and facility-related projects, including timeline, budget, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance.
- Monitor project milestones, manage risk, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Foster teamwork and a solutions-oriented environment.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
