Executive Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Executive Coordinator to support the Senior Manager and team, handling tasks such as scheduling, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, research, and data entry.

Description
- Organize and manage the President's schedule, including meetings, travel, and events.
- Coordinate meeting logistics such as catering, room setup, and lunch/dinner orders.
- Book and coordinate travel (train, air, hotels, car service) for the President and team.
- Handle daily printing, organizing meeting materials, scanning, filing, and managing expense reports.
- Conduct light research projects and track follow-ups as needed.
- Enter data into Excel/Google Sheets and assist with general administrative support.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects and multi-tasking as required in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the Senior Manager and the broader team with general office needs and coordination.
Profile
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with the team and external contacts.
- Pays close attention to detail when handling scheduling, meeting logistics, data entry, and travel arrangements.
- Takes initiative to anticipate needs and address issues before they arise, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at once and managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well with senior management and other team members.
- Flexible and open to working in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 remote).
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role is preferred.
