Commercial TI - Project Manager - Colorado Springs
Our client is looking for an Commercial Construction Project Manager to join their team in the Denver Metro Area. This role will offer long term development and provide the successful candidate with exposure to tenant improvement construction within mission critical, secured government facilities, higher education, and K-12 markets.

Our client is a diversified real estate firm that specializes in development, design, and construction. The Commercial Construction Project Manager will lead with a team of real estate experts, financial advisors, architects, engineers, and construction professionals. They deliver solutions by integrating with an ownership team and actively managing projects from concept through completion, assuming 100% responsibility for all phases of each project.
Description
The Commercial Project Manager - Construction will:
- Minimum of five (5) year's experience in commercial tenant improvement, remodel, additions, SCIFs, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
- Computer Skills Required: Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to create material take-offs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Marketing and presentation skills.
- Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver.
- College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required.
Profile
The successful Project Manager (Construction) candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- Diverse project background (commercial projects required)
- Have experience in overseeing SCIF, Tenant Improvement, Commercial Remodel, Addition, etc.
- Have at least 5-10 years experience as a Project Manager
Job Offer
- Competitive Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
