Middle Office CLO Associate
The Middle Office CLO Associate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and management of Collateralized Loan Obligations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.

The client is a global investment firm specializing in private equity and credit strategies.
Description
- Monitor and process daily CLO transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
- Reconcile cash flows, payment schedules, and account balances for assigned portfolios.
- Providing daily cash liquidity reporting to the front office
- Work with fund accounting/fund admins/pricing teams to prepare and validate NAV and P&L items
- Monthly sign-offs on cash, position, and income items.
- Ad-hoc reporting
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits by providing necessary data and responding to queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.

Profile
A successful Middle Office CLO Associate should have:
- Product knowledge exposure- bank debt (syndicated, private, all structures) CLO debt and equity
- A strong understanding of CLOs and related financial instruments.
- Strong Fund knowledge (P&L, NAV, etc.)
- Experience with VPM, Everest, IVP, MicroStrategy is a plus
