Middle Office CLO Associate

The Middle Office CLO Associate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and management of Collateralized Loan Obligations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.

Description

• Monitor and process daily CLO transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
• Reconcile cash flows, payment schedules, and account balances for assigned portfolios.
• Providing daily cash liquidity reporting to the front office
• Work with fund accounting/fund admins/pricing teams to prepare and validate NAV and P&L items
• Monthly sign-offs on cash, position, and income items.
• Ad-hoc reporting
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits by providing necessary data and responding to queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.

Profile

A successful Middle Office CLO Associate should have:

• Product knowledge exposure- bank debt (syndicated, private, all structures) CLO debt and equity
• A strong understanding of CLOs and related financial instruments.
• Strong Fund knowledge (P&L, NAV, etc.)
• Experience with VPM, Everest, IVP, MicroStrategy is a plus
