Description

• Lead K-12 school construction projects from planning to completion.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and school district representatives.

• Ensure all projects comply with local and state regulations.

• Manage project documentation, change orders, and risk mitigation.

• Drive safety and quality assurance across all phases of construction.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong focus on K-12 projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with school districts and understanding of K-12 construction regulations.

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project is a plus.
