Description

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and common areas to ensure safety and compliance

• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies, including after-hours calls

• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers for specialized repairs and projects

• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
