Construction Superintendent - MEP

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects with a strong mechanical scope

Description

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

• Oversee installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

• Monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and keep projects on track

• Act as the primary point of contact for mechanical coordination and field operations

Profile

• 5+ years of experience supervising construction projects with a mechanical focus

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where technical precision is critical
