Safety Manager - Civil Projects - ESOP
The Safety Manager - Civil Projects will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance across construction sites. This role is critical to fostering a safe work environment and implementing best practices in the construction industry.

Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies for civil construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Train employees and subcontractors on safety protocols and best practices.
- Investigate workplace incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance reports.
- Stay updated on local, state, and federal safety regulations to ensure adherence.
- Serve as a point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns on-site.

Profile
A successful Safety Manager - Civil Projects should have:
- A strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
- Experience managing safety programs within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and training skills to foster a culture of safety.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Relevant safety certifications, such as OSHA or similar, are highly preferred.
