Multifamily Project Manager
Manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Deliver projects that balance quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Serve as the client-facing leader ensuring smooth execution and repeat partnerships

A respected general contractor with a strong portfolio of multifamily and commercial projects
Known for integrity, craftsmanship, and long-standing relationships with developers and community partners
Provides Project Managers with autonomy, resources, and clear career growth opportunities
Description
Plan, coordinate, and execute multifamily projects including apartments, condos, and mixed-use developments
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication with precision
Collaborate with superintendents, design teams, and stakeholders to drive performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and client requirements
Proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track and within scope
Profile
5+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
Experience with podium, garden-style, or high-rise multifamily builds preferred
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Thrives in dynamic environments where client trust and community impact are key
