Description

• Provide field support to clients in Chicago and Wisconsin, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (200-250 stores)
• Oversee and support training and education and share product knowledge with key accounts and employees.
• Product demos and customer events.
• Cross-collaboration with customer service, distributors, regional managers.

Profile

A successful Regional Field Support Manager should have:

• A strong background in sales and customer support within the hardware, home improvement, retail, and/or consumer products industries.
