Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Oversee site operations, including scheduling, logistics, and compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
• Mentor and support junior staff and field personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.

Profile

The right candidate will have:

• Commercial Construction Superintendent experience with a GC (5+ years)
• Experience building ground-up Commercial, Industrial and Multi-family projects valued at $50M+
• Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting commercial construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Good written and communication skills
• Skilled at negotiation and conflict resolution
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Familiarity with construction/project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid Certified
• 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certification
• 30-Hour OSHA (preferred)
