Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The Project Manager will oversee and estimate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in managing property-related construction projects and a keen eye for detail.

Description

• Prepare detailed project estimates, including labor, materials, and other costs.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet goals.
• Monitor project budgets and control expenses effectively.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Traveling to project sites 2 times a month
