Project Manager- Commercial Construction
This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects ranging from $10M-$30M across the Miami market. You will oversee projects from preconstruction through turnover, ensuring quality, safety and schedule alignment while managing subcontractors and client relationships.

Description
Lead all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $10M and $30M.
Oversee the project schedule, budget, subcontractor performance, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Work closely with owners, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on design, specifications, and project objectives.
Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting documentation, and project reporting.
Mentor project engineers and support staff, fostering a high-performing project team.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is progressing according to plan and proactively address issues.
Drive project completion, closeout, and turnover while maintaining strong client relationships.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager working on ground-up commercial projects.
Proven track record managing projects in the $10M-$30M range.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Ability to work effectively with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
