Senior Construction Manager
This role is ideal for a construction leader who has operated on both sides of the table, with hands-on General Contractor experience and time serving as an Owner's Representative, particularly on projects ranging from $200M-$500M.

Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Manage procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide detailed reports on project performance and financials.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have a history of:
- Large-scale Industrial developments
- Advanced Manufacturing facilities
- Life Sciences campuses
- Defense / secure infrastructure projects
- Proven leadership on $200M-$500M ground-up projects
- Strong background working for a General Contractor and in an Owner's Rep capacity
- Deep understanding of cost control, scheduling, procurement strategy, and risk mitigation
- Executive-level communication skills with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Ability to operate at a strategic level while remaining detail-oriented
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $150000 to $190000 annually.
