Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The Project Manager will play a key role within the company, running multiple projects at a time and offering management from a high level.

My client is a mid-sized General Contractor based out of the Greater St. Louis area. They provide quality general contracting services in multiple markets such as education, healthcare, hospitality, office, and municipal. They pride themselves on having a customer-centric attitude which has resulted in repeat business and success. Due to this success, they've been fortunate enough to grow as a firm and average anywhere from $60M-$80M in annual revenue. Description

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to define project scope and requirements.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
• Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Manage project resources, including materials, labor, and equipment, efficiently.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to achieve project goals.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of general contracting experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or related discipline preferred
• Experience managing ground up commercial projects $5M - $10M in value
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in the property industry.
