Description

Project Manager - Occupied Renovations - REMOTE - $140k - Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of occupied renovation projects, with a specific focus on grocery store interiors.

• Provide accurate estimating for projects, ensuring budgets are met and deadlines are adhered to.

• Act as the lead Project Manager for all phases of construction, from estimating to execution.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quality control.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns as they arise.

Profile

Project Manager - Occupied Renovations - REMOTE - $140k - Will have

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project management and estimating, specifically within occupied renovation projects.

• Strong background in interior renovations, preferably within grocery store or commercial spaces.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for estimating and project tracking.

• Ability to travel to job sites across New England as needed.

• Previous experience working with national clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
