We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in occupied renovations for grocery store projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects, including Hannaford's and Shaws renovations across New England, particularly in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and New York.

Description
Project Manager - Occupied Renovations - REMOTE - $140k - Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of occupied renovation projects, with a specific focus on grocery store interiors.
Provide accurate estimating for projects, ensuring budgets are met and deadlines are adhered to.
Act as the lead Project Manager for all phases of construction, from estimating to execution.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns as they arise.
