Senior Manufacturing Engineer - CNC - Hampton, NH
My client, a leading manufacturer within the aerospace and defense manufacturing space, is looking to add a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to their team. This individual will be responsible for programming, analyzing and managing their CNC machining systems.

My client, headquartered in New Hampshire, specializes in precision CNC machining and fabrication of complex, mission‑critical parts-often from high‑temperature alloys like Inconel and titanium-for aerospace, defense, energy, medical, and other commercial applications.
Description
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Programming, analyzing and managing the CNC machining systems
- Working on 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC Lathes
- Fixture and tool design
- Creating and defining manufacturing processes
- Developing process drawings
- Troubleshooting and assisting with machine set-up
- Working cross-collaboratively with the Mechanical Engineering team
- Overseeing projects
Profile
The successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- Proficiency in CNC programming
- Proficiency in Machining processes
- Experience in G Code programming
- Strong communication
- Excellent blueprint reading experience
- Hands-on manufacturing experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of hands on experience in CNC manufacturing
