Senior Project Manager

An employee-owned General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale high-rise/tower projects. Description

• Lead project teams on high-rise / tower projects from start to completion
• Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships with precision and professionalism
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management
• Provide mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Engineers
• Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategic project execution

Profile

• Proven experience delivering high-rise/tower projects ($100M+)
• 10+ years in project management with a general contractor
• Strong leadership and client-facing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
