Senior Project Manager
An employee-owned General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale high-rise/tower projects. This role offers a salary of $150K-$180K, employee ownership (ESOP), bonuses, full benefits, and the opportunity to lead landmark builds with long-term growth potential.

Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise/tower projects from preconstruction through delivery.

Description
- Lead project teams on high-rise / tower projects from start to completion
- Manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships with precision and professionalism
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and change management
- Provide mentorship to Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Engineers
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with ownership and senior leadership on strategic project execution
Profile
- Proven experience delivering high-rise/tower projects ($100M+)
- 10+ years in project management with a general contractor
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
