Description

• Plan, organize, and manage hospitality renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure costs remain within the allocated resources.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the construction process.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues that may impact project success.
• Lead project teams effectively, fostering collaboration and clear communication.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Hospitality Renovations should have:

• Strong experience in construction project management, particularly within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety guidelines.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
