My client is a well-established General Contractor headquartered in Central Massachusetts, serving clients across New England, New York, and Pennsylvania. Founded in 2014 by industry veterans, the company has grown to a team of 40-50 professionals and is known for delivering high-quality industrial, commercial, multifamily, and healthcare projects.

Description
- Oversee project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and time lines.
- Coordinate project tasks and facilitate collaboration among team members.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring effective cost control and reporting.
- Uphold safety and quality standards throughout the project life-cycle.
- Identify risks and implement solutions to address challenges and maintain progress.
- Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Track schedules and milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and manage contracts with clients and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders
Profile
- 1+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or other related field
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate diverse project teams and ensure smooth execution
- Experience using Procore or other related softwares
- Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
- Skilled in contract negotiation and managing subcontractor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.
