Project Engineer

Description

  • Support project managers and superintendents with scheduling, budgeting, and documentation

  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution

  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and assist with change orders and RFIs

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality benchmarks across all phases of construction

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction or internship experience in project engineering

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ambitious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a project management role
