We are working with a large sized construction firm that has been in business for over 50 plus years. With multiple offices throughout the southern U.S., this firm specializes in Education, Industrial, Data Center and other commercial projects throughout the region.

Description

• Manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships.
• Foster collaboration among team members to achieve project goals.

Profile

The Successful Project Manager should have:

• A strong background in construction management within the property industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Oklahoma
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
