Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project operations.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction codes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, project schedules, and materials used.
• Support and mentor team members to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
