My client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence across NC and SC. Founded in the 1990s and generating over $300M in annual revenue, they operate with around 200 employees across five offices, including a thriving Raleigh division that opened 12 years ago. Description
The Lead Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on active job sites
- Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and permits
- Manage logistics, including materials, equipment, and site readiness
- Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation
- Resolve field issues in collaboration with project managers and engineers
- Represent the company professionally with clients and partners on-site
Profile
The Lead Superintendent will have the following experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and vertical construction practices
- Experience with public, healthcare, or municipal projects is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
