Description
- Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization to closeout.
 - Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
 - Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
 - Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation.
 - Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, clients, and inspectors.
 
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
 - Strong leadership and communication skills.
 - Ability to manage multiple trades and adapt to changing site conditions.
 - Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Southeast.
 - Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools.
 - OSHA certification preferred.
