Description
- Lead daily onsite construction activities and ensure smooth field operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections.
- Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and quality control.
- Resolve field issues promptly and effectively.
- Communicate progress and challenges to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors efficiently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
