Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Description

• Lead all phases of complex commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and internal teams to maintain strong communication and trust.
• Mentor and guide project managers and support staff to ensure team success.

Profile

• 8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead teams effectively.
• Strong financial acumen and proficiency in project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
