Corporate Actions Senior Consultant
The Corporate Actions Senior Consultant will play a vital role in managing corporate action events, ensuring accurate processing, and delivering exceptional service within the financial services sector. This temporary position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of corporate actions and banking operations.

Description
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end corporate actions process, including dividends, mergers, and stock splits.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all corporate action events in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve issues related to corporate actions with internal teams and external parties.
- Maintain up-to-date records of corporate actions and ensure data integrity in the system.
- Provide support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Conduct periodic reviews to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting corporate actions processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits as needed.
