FP&A Director
The FP&A Director will lead financial planning and analysis efforts, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support business objectives in the financial services industry. This role is based in Wayne and is ideal for a results-driven professional with expertise in accounting and finance.

Description
- Develop and oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert in commercial banking portfolios, customer segments, and market dynamics.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Provide proactive financial advice to commercial banking officers, going beyond quarterly reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Streamline financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
- Support M&A activities and other strategic initiatives with financial analysis and due diligence.
Profile
A successful FP&A Director should have:
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Expertise in the financial services industry and its accounting and finance practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
