Description

• Manage large-scale commercial projects
• Lead the development and maintenance of project schedules
• Work closely with project management team, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic plans for successful project delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Manage project budgets and financial performance
• Implement strategies to optimize project profitability
• Quality assurance & legal compliance

Profile

• 8+ years of construction experience as a Project Manager, must have commercial project experience
• Preference for K12 school construction experience
• Proven track record overseeing projects from START to FINISH
• Experience with ProCore construction software preferred
• Experience overseeing a team of assistants and project engineers
• Proven track record of delivering CMAR work, preffered
• Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to motivate teams
• Strong business aptitude to collaborate with Business Development when needed
