• Accurately draft and review derivative confirmations in compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Maintain timely communication with counterparties to ensure prompt confirmation of transactions.
• Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in trade confirmations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage confirmation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with trading desks, operations teams, and legal departments to address and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of confirmation activities and audit trails.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting derivative confirmations.
