Construction Project Manager - Office Ti
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex office TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of excellence.

Description
Key responsibilities Construction Project Manager - Office Ti in Los Angeles metro area
Lead all phases of project execution, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout
Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards
Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination to maintain project timelines
Act as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
Monitor and manage project budgets, change orders, and risk assessments
Prepare and deliver regular reports to stakeholders regarding project status and financial
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Profile
A successful candidate for Construction Project Manager - Office Ti in Los Angeles metro area
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience managing commercial building and construction projects, with a strong emphasis on Office Tenant Improvement work
Proven ability to manage fast-paced, occupied, and phased build-outs in urban and corporate environments
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling software (P6, MS Project), and project management tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Salary ranging from $145K-$165K
