Superintendent- K-12 Construction
An experienced Superintendent is needed to lead the field operations of ground-up K-12 educational projects in the West Palm Beach area. This is a key role with a reputable general contractor specializing in delivering high-quality, on-schedule school facilities.

They specialize in public sector construction, particularly K-12 educational facilities, and are known for their consistent delivery, repeat clients, and collaborative project teams. With decades of experience and a growing project pipeline, they offer a stable environment focused on quality, safety, and professional development.
Description
Oversee all field activities for K-12 ground-up and renovation projects from start to finish
Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field staff to maintain productivity and efficiency
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors to ensure alignment
Enforce safety policies and conduct routine site inspections
Maintain detailed project documentation including daily logs and progress reports
Resolve onsite challenges and proactively identify potential delays or issues
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with specific K-12 project experience preferred
Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple subcontractors
Strong understanding of local codes, permitting, and school district building requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Local to West Palm Beach or willing to commute/relocate
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ($95,000-$120,000+, depending on experience)
