EBilling Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized EBilling Manager to oversee and streamline the eBilling processes within the Finance department. This role is vital for ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy in managing client billing in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end eBilling process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with the legal department to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain eBilling systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Analyze billing data and generate reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve eBilling workflows and efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on eBilling systems and processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding eBilling matters.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and client-specific billing guidelines.
Profile
