Estimator

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects within the property industry.
• Analyze project requirements and provide accurate pricing for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure alignment on project specifications.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain cost databases for future project estimates.
• Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.

Profile

A successful Estimator should have:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost estimation techniques within the property industry.
