Description

• Comprehensive expertise in construction materials, methods, practices, and contracts.
• Proficient in, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, etc.), Bluebeam, or Procore
• Strong mathematical skills, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively interpret bid documents and create construction detail sketches.
• Skilled in estimating project costs using probability, providing detailed insights into overall expenses, part-specific costs, and project timelines.
• Effective communicator, both visually through sketches and diagrams, and verbally.
• Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a critical and analytical mindset.
• Self-reliant and adept at working independently.

Profile

• 2+ year(s) experience in the estimating field.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Ground up project knowledge and experience preferred
• Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Quantity takeoff and cost estimate experience

Job Offer

• Base salary ranging from $60,000-$85,000 depending on experience
