As the Superintendent, you will provide full on‑site leadership from project kickoff through completion, reporting directly to the Project Leadership team. You will be responsible for driving site operations, ensuring trade coordination, and maintaining schedule, quality, and safety expectations.- Lead and reinforce safe construction practices, coaching trade partners
- Maintain strict quality standards and address subcontractor deficiencies
- Develop, manage, and track the construction schedule and critical path
- Facilitate coordination among subcontractors and vendors
- Work closely with owners and design partners to resolve issues and unforeseen conditions
- Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals
- Produce daily progress logs and weekly schedule updates
Profile
For the Superintendent position we are seeking:- 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience managing subcontractor sequencing and on‑site logistics
- Ability to interpret ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Procore
- Experience with CMAR and/or Design‑Build delivery
- OSHA 30 and valid driver's license
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
