Description
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Lead full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, procurement, and performance
- Oversee jobsite activities in partnership with Superintendents to ensure safety and quality
- Conduct regular project meetings, reporting progress, risks, and financial performance
- Coordinate change orders, RFI processes, and project documentation
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Profile
The Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Charlotte should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Ability to problem‑solve in fast‑moving environments and make informed decisions
