OSHPD Project Manager

Description
- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD requirements as an OSHPD Project Manager.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and ensure project success.
- Drive safety, quality, and risk management initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize advanced tools such as BIM coordination and support pre-construction planning.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years as an OSHPD Project Manager in commercial building and construction; OSHPD experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare construction codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
