Superintendent - Interiors

Description

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior renovation and tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and design teams.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress photos.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong focus on interiors and tenant improvements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-track schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam).
