Superintendent - Interiors
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to lead interior renovation and tenant improvement projects across the Nashville area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering high-quality interior spaces on time and within budget.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior renovation and tenant improvement projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards.
- Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and design teams.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progress photos.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong focus on interiors and tenant improvements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-track schedules.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam).
