Superintendent
The Superintendent will be the key on-site leader responsible for managing all aspects of construction operations for both new builds and interior renovation projects. This role demands strong leadership, impeccable organizational skills, and a passion for delivering projects of the highest quality.

Our client is a leading general contractor based in Bridgeport, Connecticut, specializing in ultra high-end custom homes and luxury interior renovations across Fairfield County. Known for their commitment to superior craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and drive excellence in their current and upcoming projects.
Description
As Superintendent, your responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
Identify and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
Profile
Proven Superintendent experience in ultra high-end residential construction and interior renovations.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
