Recruiter
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with various teams to help implement the firm's talent acquisition strategy, with a focus on hiring for technology and marketing roles as well as other important positions across the organization.

Description
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored, effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and alignment with the company.
- Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams and ensure clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate and timely candidate information.
Profile
- Workday experience is a must!
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams throughout the process
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external search partners
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work.
