Description

As a Junior Estimator, you will assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for construction projects, supporting the preconstruction team and contributing to successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications
• Assist in quantity take-offs and cost analysis
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
• Prepare preliminary budgets and proposals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators
• Support continuous improvement in estimating processes
