Description
The Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities for affordable housing projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with building codes and funding requirements. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors and public agencies, and deep knowledge of affordable housing construction standards.
Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
5-10 years of construction supervision experience, with at least 3 years in affordable or multi-family housing projects.
Proven ability to lead all phases of construction, from site prep to final inspections and turnover.
Strong knowledge of affordable housing regulations and compliance (e.g., HUD, LIHTC, Davis-Bacon, Section 3).
Familiarity with public agency inspection processes and documentation.
