Project Manager- Medical Device- Hudson, NH
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate multiple engineering and manufacturing projects across diverse product lines within our nationwide operations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Description
- Manage multiple engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Serve as primary customer contact for project updates and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present status reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Oversee risk management and validation activities for new processes and products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience in medical device or precision manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Experience with validation, risk management, and quality systems.
- Familiarity with micro-manufacturing technologies (laser processing, nitinol, microfluidics) is a plus.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
