Superintendent - Multifamily Mid-Rise

An established Florida-based general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up construction of a $30M multifamily mid-rise project in Miami. This role offers strong autonomy, senior-level exposure, and the opportunity to support additional projects in the local pipeline.

Description

• Oversee on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and site safety
• Coordinate daily work plans to meet schedule and budget milestones
• Ensure quality control and compliance with plans and specifications
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership

Profile

• Proven superintendent experience on multifamily or mid-rise projects
• Background delivering ground-up projects in the $20M-$50M range
• Familiarity with Miami / South Florida construction environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
