Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial Manufacturing - Concord, NH

My client is looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to help them push their equipment and processes to the next level. In this role, you'll lead projects that expand capacity, improve efficiency, and drive innovation across their operations, while working closely with maintenance teams, suppliers, and internal partners.

Description

The main responsibilities for the Manufacturing Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• 10-20% of your time spent coordinating with in-house or external fabrication partners.
• Your other time will be spent at the desk and completing work on the production floor
• Leading equipment improvements and modification projects that boost capability and capacity.
• Partnering with maintenance teams and suppliers to implement creative process solutions.
• Fostering a supportive, service-oriented mindset within the Electronics Manufacturing department

Profile

The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of material processing, especially polymers and non-ferrous metals.
• Experience with automation and material handling systems.
• Proficiency with CAD software (Inventor or similar).
• Ability to design practical equipment modifications for in-house or outsourced fabrication.
• Confidence communicating with everyone from the shop floor to senior management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
• A team player mindset, balanced with the ability to work independently.
