Project Manager - Light Industrial
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in ground-up Light Industrial construction to join our growing team near Aurora, IL. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead project teams and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Oversee procurement, change orders, and cost control measures.
- Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
Profile
- 4-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Proven experience with Light Industrial projects (ground-up preferred).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Job Offer
