The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines within the FMCG industry. This position supports the Quality & Manufacturing department by overseeing documentation and processes to ensure product safety and adherence to regulations.

Description

  • Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory best practices to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of labeling, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure compliance.
  • Support internal and external audits related to regulatory processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and changes within the FMCG regulatory environment.

Profile

A successful Regulatory Affairs Specialist should have:

  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the dietary supplement industry.
  • 2 years+ of experience within supplement manufacturing or food manufacturing
  • Experience in documentation and compliance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
